Is the fuel pump suppose
to turn on make noise
with key on acc

Then how am I suppose to know if working. I can't get the car started. It won't crank over. It's like the battery is dead but my steering wheel goes in & out, door chimes, interior lights come on but nothing when try start it. The starter relay was bad so I replaced it. It would actually spark when trying to start. Anyway, replaced it but still won't start. Please help
