P1349 Lexus - Variable Valve Timing System Malfunction Bank 1 Possible causes - Dirty or low engine oil - Valve timing - Oil control valve - Variable Valve Timing controller assembly - Engine Control Module (ECM)

Ha,you said "Dirty or low engine oil",so if I change the oil,will everything be ok,or it is already too late?

Plaese help me somebody,no one can tell me what is wrong with my car. Nearly everytime that same eror is on the diagnostic's screen... DTC P1349..And no one can guess the real reason...
