I had a similar problem with my 2006 RX350. The driver's window control did not work but the control at the window did. I was advised to raise and lower the window two times using the window control. I did that and now the driver's control works too! I cannot explain why but guess it is a form of rest for the control. Worth a try anyway.

I have found that you need go to each door and run the window alway down and up two time then they resync with the driver control.
