right underneath engine noise/steering noise

my car is making a noise on the right side.
i also noticed that i hear it when i turn the wheel.
it sounds like it underneath the car. I put some power steering fluid in.

have you checked your ball joints, brake pads, axel, exaust pipe maybe lose and could be rattling on the other metal, hubcaps, lug bolt, lug nuts, muffler, suspension, undercarriage, stabilizer bar???
