How do you remove computer prompt " Change A/C Filter" when starting car?

I'm not completely positive on this, but try disconnecting the battery cables from the terminal for a few minutes. That should clear the computer. Reconnect them and start it up again. If the prompt stays, sorry I couldn't help.
most modern cars will turn the prompts off after three engine warm runs, but I don't know how Lexus are. The battery trick should fix it. The computer will revert back to old settings.
I removed Neg.(-) battery cable for 20 min. No change, radio did not reset, only the clock had to be reset.... Thanks for the try
Gentlemen, I found the answer by accident. When starting the car, press the "OFF" button on the A/C for 3 seconds.
A year and a half later I was looking for the same advice for my 2001. Thanks so much for posting the answer, that change a/c filter prompt was driving me crazy. Thanks
