Power steering locking up intermittently

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We recently replaced the power steering pump & the
serpentine belt on a 2007 Lexus LX470. Now, when we try
to make a hard turn, the steering will intermittently lock
up. Any ideas? We replaced the fluid.

Sounds like the rack and pinion is acting up. Try add some Lucas Power Steering Stop Leak it not only stops leaks put corrects hard steering.
