1993 Lexus CS400 headlight not working and has moisture inside casing, does this need entire fixture replaced or is there a bulb only?

the bulb is separate from the housing. your housing is not sealed, which is causing the moisture. the moisture buildup is causing the bulb to blow. need to replace the housing or you will just keep blowing bulbs.
