I'd run snow and or winter tires on all 4 corners once the ice and snow start.

It will do very well! In the days before front wheel drive became widespread big heavy full sized cars were the thing to have in the wintertime! My 93 Caprice would plow through anything! During the blizzard of 96 I was literally doing 50 and 60 miles per hour down the plowed highway while 4 wheel drive Jeeps and pickup trucks were stuck! Zoomed right on by them! There's a reason why police departments used these and the Ford LTD Crown Victorias. Hope that helps! Jim
