I have a 1995 Altima. I stared the car, no problems, got about four or five houses down the road and the car just stopped and all dash lights came on. Replaced coil, dist cap and rot button,started right up,then quit again same day, and now wont start at all but does turn over.Anyone know what the problem could be????

I have a 2012 Nissan Altima one day i tried to start my car and it wouldn't start but all the light was on. I have a 1995 nissan altima gxe when I first it it starts right up but when I drive it for a while and turn it off then when I start it back up it starts slow but when I turn the key off and on it starts up I replaced the distributor and had the starter and battery checked and they are fine what else could be the problem 10 Answers

if all my spark plugs, wires, and distributor cap are all new and my car is still missfiring what could the cause be? i have to keep the ac on to turn the idle up and keep it from missing and shaking really bad then once im up to speed about 20mph or so it drives perfect until about 70-80 mph and gets the shakes. what could be the cause any help would be appriciated. 01 nissan altima twin cam 16 valve pretty much a 240 engine lol 1 Answer
