i have a 94 nissan pathfinder. drives good there is times when  we go somewhere come back and it will not start. weird part if you come back in a couple hours starts fine. need help and when we are driving it shuts off for no reason.

i would check electrics, Battery connections? could be simple bad connection, especially if it starts fine some of the time,

I would suspect ignition coil (or ignitor), fuel pump, or main relay. One of the three would be my top suspects.
