Answer to car gurus post about a dead dad?

Asked by 2010seNissanFrontier... Jan 11, 2021 at 12:52 AM about the 2021 Nissan Frontier

Question type: General

Shame on you car guru for backing a financial institutions agenda and not the
rights of the people who have placed more than 5-8 k in payments ...i spoke to
an attorney and the rights of the lender and lendee... you should and will be
ashamed for your one sided info....yes that is how it works for the lender
side...you forgot to mention or decided not to mention that through court
proceeedings and communication with an attorney for the rites of the lendee....
the lendee has the right to stop reposession amd it's not theft or criminal as
thee rights of the  lendee  effectively show requests of the financial company
to renegotiate etc.... and in the meantime hiding the vehicle is in the rights of
the lendee as well as it's against the law for the reposessing agent to
repossess the vehicle during this communication process... so restate your
opinions that favor the lenders in the future on your site so the lendee is
represented fairly in your posts too... God will deal with your one sided lender
posts as i have no power to do so...but God does and his justice is swift and
precise and perfect.....so your in Gods court now and not the unfair measures
of this worldly court system you responded about...

You need to speak to an attorney before running your mouth! Obviously you know nothing about how financing works. The lender owns the vehicle until it is paid for. As I said in my original post I've been through this exact same situation when my Father died so don't tell me how it works. Obviously you are letting your emotions get the best of you. Don't bring God into this either. Did you forget about the "Thou Shalt Not Steal" commandment? Either refinance the vehicle or have a nice stay in jail for grand theft auto!! Jim
