if it has leather its LE if it does not its SE or base, SE and base defer on the number of lugs, 4 lug nuts is base, and 5 lugs are SE.
the vin number will tell you but you have to look up what each character means
Le for Nissan 240SX (as well as most other cars) means luxury edition, which would include leather seats, power windows, power doors, possible digital dash (mainly toyota) and other luxury features Se, would be special edition, i have not had expirence with these, but i would guess cloth, or vinyl interior, regular dash, possible auto windows, but standard doors, shorter shift. its fairly simple to google these but good question!
SE's do not have 5 lug. No s13 comes with 5 lug, they are all 4 lug. I have an SE and it is 4 lug.
