The first thing in morning or afternoon the car starts no problem. When I shut it off and try a restart it won't turn over.

It is getting fuel. The fuel filter & pressure regulator have been changed.

Hi todda! The cause of a no-start problem is sometimes a needle in a hay stack. Often what is needed is an organized approach.
