Will I need any special tools to fix head gasket

Not really,just your common tool socket set,with wrenches,but you will need a torque wrench to tighten,the head bolt,s back to spec,all so you need to have head checked for bad valve,s and warpage before you replace it,this can be done by having a pressure check on the head while it is off,most motor machine shop,s can do this,you would be wasting your time ,putting back togehter with out checking this while you have it off.
