Headlamp problem on 1995 Aurora

Asked by rbarton Oct 30, 2010 at 10:43 PM about the 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Front headlamps go on when car is off,  Even when driving, lights and dashboard blink on and off, almost like it is pulsating.  Have to pull the headlamp breaker out of the fuse box at night so the lights won't go on and kill the battery.  What to do?

you have to change the daytime running light module under the dash left of the steering column. Wreckers are cheapest Gm wants a couple of hundred. You can feel it clicking so you will have no trouble finding it.
