Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 95 3.1 ciera. Engine has 107,000 but has new heads, gaskets, a/c delete. Its has a replacement transmission that has about 70,000 on it, typical junkyard replacement. Has worked just fine for the passed two years until recently i have noticed that once the car has been warmed up and i am traveling at 50 or more mph the trans falls out of 4th gear. Its a 4t60e trans, which i know arent the strongest, but wondering if there is a simple fix for this such as changing the fluid or the filter. Dont wanna spend a buch of money on this but i need a daily driver still. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

I'd try changing the fluid at first, if it still does it then may want to re-consider looking at a junkyard transmission again, something a little more powerful.
