What is wrong with my 2000 Plymouth breeze - rough start and rpm have to be over 1000 to keep it started (rough idle) I have replaced the timing belt, fuel filter, oil filter, oil and still is the same as above - HELP.

Possibly dirty/faulty idle air control valve or dirty throttle plate.

Could have a little moisture in gas. Add some injector treatment that is also a gas moisture treatment. Cost: a couple bucks. Just add to gas and if that's not it it can't hurt.
