Blowing fuses

My 99 Plymouth voyager just started
blowing fuses today. I've replaced it several
times and as soon as I start it the fuse
blows again and it knocks out blinkers, my
heat ect. What can cause this? Its never
done it before.

The short answer is: you have a short. Some wires somewhere have shorted together or a connector is bad. Another trouble spot might be the backside of the fuse block - moisture and corrosion can be causing shorts. You'll need a multimeter to hunt down electrical shorts.
