Abs light coming on and off and hesitates to start

My ABS light has been coming on off and in
for about 2 weeks my ABS light comes on
and when I get ready to start my car it
hesitates and kinda sounds like it is dragging.
This morning I get in to go to work and it
won’t start

ABS light has nothing to do with your car not starting. It is telling you there is a fault with your Anti-lock Braking System (or doing its normal system check when you initially start the car). If the engine sounds like it is "dragging" when you try to start it, it may not be getting sufficient voltage from your battery. Have your battery checked or simply replace it if it is more than 3 years old.
