You can't see it ,but its on the left hand side looking down on the motor.Put your hand down were the serpintine belt is and feel for it. If you were to take off your passenger front tire, you should be able to see it tru there. Hope this helps...
FIND YOUR COOLANT RESERVOIR ON THE PASSENGER SIDE TOWARD THE BACK REMOVE THE TWO BOLTS THAT HOLDS THIS RESERVOIR IN PLACE LOOK UNDER TO THE RIGHT YOU WILL SEE THE POWER STERRING RESERVOIR CAP I KNOW THIS SEEMS ODD BUT THATS WHERE IT IS LOCATED

above answers were very helpful. It IS hard to find and to service.. GM engineers must have been smoking crack when they put it where they did.

You need to take the tire off and be a contortionist to get to it. Don't know why they put a white steering emblem on the cap, you can't see until you take it off. The comment about the engineer is correct, you almost want to smoke crack so you know why they put it there. How hard would it of been to run a hose up to the top where everything is able to get to? To put fluid in you need to run a clear hose from the top and use a funnel, then since you can't see it, you end up over-flowing the reservoir Good luck to those who wants to check it.
I hate doing this and ill definitely be needing some crack after I get this power steering fluid in there
Who can ifind to do. This?
