how mutch would it cost to replace a hydrolic lifter in a 05 pontiac gto

just bought car three weeks ago.Car has a ticking and a lose of power in one of the cylinders(accelerates rough).since ive changed oil with 5w30moble1 senthetic and lucus,cleaned fuel system with express oil change,changed plugs and wires.still not better.car is slow for a gto.all i can think is lifter or cam shaft how mutch and what is your opinion? thanks ben

Doesn't sound to good. Not a likely cause and quite expensive on that car for a shot in the dark.

should have just changed to oil to 10 30 or 10 40 .

When lifters go bad they start tapping , if it's not making any noise dont mess with it .
