defective gas cap 05 goat

My gas cap won't tighten. I noticed it wasn't working quite right for awhile but now it won't lock after numerous attempts at turning it. I heard the gas caps are defective on 05 GTO's. What do I need to do to get it fixed?

New gas cap. There was a recall notice that went out back in the day. Cheap enough to get a new one though.
