Heater is not putting out hot air

when first turn on heat car will blow hot air. but after roughly a minute it goes
to cool air. once in awhile feels a little warm but not hot. Hoses going into car
are hot, so i dont believe its heater core.

AC actuator module controls air blend door, and vent system. Probably is bad. As long as your temperature gauge is reading around 200 deg. if not it would be the thermostat.

mine does the same thing and now the blower doesnt work...sometimes. we had the thing flushed out and it fixed it for a day any tips? or ideas of how to fix this?

The blower is likely a failed resistor in the heat duct. That's a separate issue from the lack of heat. Check your coolant level first. If its low fill it up and the problem will likely go away.
