While driving my 2005 Pontiac Montana it lost all power & died. Now it wont start. Could it be my fuel pump or filter? Need help

If it just up and quit it would most likely be your pump and not the filter. Take a screw driver and touch the metal end to your gas tank. Put your ear on the hard plastic end. Have someone put the key to the ON position. Do you hear it humming? If so, it should still be working. Next check to see if you have good spark. You may want to change out your fuel pressure regulator also. Very easy to get at.
