Well Chevy Silverado short pipe headers fit on a
2004 GTO

They will not; the engines and different and the GTO has specific clearance issues itself let alone trying to use truck headers most likely from a 5.3L. The GTO is a 5.7L LS1 but even if the bolt pattern is the same you won't have the clearance nor will they be able to bolt onto the catalytic convertors collectors.
