2004 grand prix wont start have replaced starter, fuses, battery and ignition switch...any suggestions

Yes. Unless you have unlimited amounts of money and time to throw at this car, do some proper diagnostics to figure out the problem and then start replacing parts. That may need to involve a professional. In the mean time, does the car turn over but not fire? If so it could be ignition system or fuel pump. Is it totally dead and nothing happens when you turn the key? Do other parts of the electrical system work? With a bit more information we might be able to offer some more suggestions.
