Do a pressure test. System and cap. My thought is you have a leak somewhere. Did you use OEM parts or aftermarket? Last check is to make sure you got all the air out. Test coolant temperature sensor also.

Most likely air trapped in the system. Did you bleed the air when you filled it up? Even then there are often air pockets lower down in the system. You may need to drain it and carefully refill it again. Sometimes filling it with the car facing uphill helps.

I have bled it...for about 45 mins and the air just kept coming out. A guy at my job says it is the intake gasket but Im not leaking any coolant what so ever. My levels are still the same.

It was bled from the screw by the thermostat housing unit. Should it take that long to get the air out of the line?

Some vehicles are very difficult to get all the air out. Hidden pockets of air. The uphill suggestion works. Block wheels and put it on a steep incline.

I don't think a failed intake gasket would force air into the cooling system It's more likely coolant would enter the engine. You could have the cooling system pressure tested to be sure.
