i had the same problem so i just jumped a wire across from the switch to the interior lights power wire and now they work fine i believe somewhere down the passenger side front window rail there is a break in the wire but i had a hard time finding it so this was my solution and it works fine

Im having this same problem. Can you give a little more info on how to jump the wire across? Its getting cold outside and the kids are starting to complain about the draft.

well u need a wire tester to find the positive or live wire that goes to the dome light and then jump it across to the i believe it was a yellow wire on the switch for the rear windows and that will give you power to operate the rear windows

I found power on the red wire to the lights and jumped it to the yellow wire to the windows. See photo. Works fine but if you shut off the interior lights switch the windows do not work either.
