I'm pretty qualified  through car.gurus with capital
one ad Westlake I'm am courus if I found a vehicle
that is not from your listing and it would be just
taking over payments from. The previous owner
would I be able to work with that too

You don't want to do that! A better way to buy the vehicle is to take out a loan, go with the seller to the financial institution who's holding the title, pay for the vehicle, and have the seller sign the title over to you immediately. If this is not possible, don't buy the vehicle! Jim
