Best guess cost to replace the up and down window motor on a 2003 Pontiac Montana, please.

The motor itself is under $50 at any auto parts store. If you are handy with tools, replacing it yourself will save you most of the cost. The money is in the labor to disassemble / reassemble the door panel to get to the motor. If it is riveted in place, the rivets can be replaced with standard hardware using a nylock nut to make sure it stays tight.
