So the fan doesn't turn at all and you have no heat am I correct? If so you have a few problems. First check the anti-freeze level. If its low fill to the proper level then look for a leak. As far as the fan start with checking the fuse for the blower motor. If its ok then move on to looking at the blower motor resistor and the blower motor itself the could be bad, unplugged or have melted wires causing both units to fail and blow a fuse.

If its overheating and no heat I would start with looking at your anti-freeze level first. If its low fill it up to the proper levels in the radiator and overflow bucket. Only use orange anti- freeze if that's what's in it now. Check your oil level too. If the dipstick is over full and foamy you have a blown head gasket. If the anti-freeze is not low then its probably a bad thermostat.
