My window only goes down about 1//2 an inch then stops it will go back up but wont go down any more than 1/2 an inch

The window starts to go down but stops and wont go any further but will go
back up as many times as you want is something jammed?

You would have to take the door panel off to see what is going on, there could be a mounting bolt for the window guides that came loose, or something restricting the window from moving up and down. Once you get in there and find the problem, spray some silicon in the window guides, this helps the window to slide up and down a lot more freely.

In addition put that same silicone grease on the rear facing piece of glass the end of the glass that's near the door frame where the door meets the body of the car put some silicone up and down on the actual glass because it'll help Grease the guide that goes up and down and it'll go up down better for you.
