2002 grand am overheating & blowing out coolant

Had head gasket replaced 15 months ago and it has been okay until recently.    The runs
fine the during the when day I bleed the air out, but after sitting overnight the car
overheats the next morning after driving 2-3 miles and dumps coolant ( upper radiator
hose lots pressure)  need to refill coolant and re-bleed.    Thoughts?

All so check your oil and make sure there is not any water in it,

Thanks No coolant in oil. Was kind of thinking about a sticky Tstat so replaced and also replaced the coolant cap. So far good, but the real test will be driving the car from when the engine and coolant system is 'cold'.
