02 Pontiac Sunfire will not shift out of park

I have an 02 pontiac sunfire.. it's been sitting for almost 2yrs.. it starts right up but will not come out of park!! And none of the dash gauges are working?? Please help... we need this car running!!

2002 sunfire starts but wont shift in gear..Its a standard..
