First, check the reservoir to make sure you have fluid in it. After that, you will need to check the line (hose) that runs from the reservoir to the pump for any leaks. If that is OK, then see if your pump is drawing fluid by disconnecting the output hose(s) from the pump and running it. If it pumps, stop and see if the fuse for it is good. If the fuse is good and the pump does not work, that is your likely cause and you need a new pump. If it runs OK, then there is a leak or blockage in the output hose(s) preventing the fluid to exit and spray your windshield.
