Dim Light don't work

I have noticed for many many months the daytime lights do not work.But
Sunday we got home late and everything was fine. I got in the car to go to
work and my dim lights did'nt work but high beams and signals and fog lights
work

There is and issue with the dimmer switch,or bulbs have burnt out on the dim side.

I would change the lamps. The daytime lights use the "dim" filaments of the bulb.

there was a recall on the low beam relay not to long ago (not sure what year your car is tho) but my relay was in the fuse box under the hood and it was the only odd numbered one in that box do believe it's called hdm relay so if your is covered under the recall take it to the dealer and get it fixed for free
