2000 grand am electric seat does not work,how do I fix this and how do mI remove the seat

changed relays,seat still does not work.looking for fuses,no luck any ideas how to fix this problem

there are 4 bolt at each end of the seat tracks should be around a 13mm head size remove them and unplug the wiring harness and the seat should come right out bet way to see whats wrong with the power seat is to run a "live feed" of power to the electric motors and see if they move if they do then its a good chance it is your seat adjustment switches if this is the case then go to the local wrecking yard and get a new switch hope this helps

If it make no noise at all, there is no power going to the seat - check the fuses. If you hear the motors turning, the plastic gears are stripped - need to replace. The seat bolts on my '02 Grand Am seats are 15mm. There are two at the rear. Remove them and tilt the seat up to remove.
