Greeneyes I refused to sign off to the insurance company told them to go find me another for the money they were offering me for it. We went around for about a month...i had copied every sale of the car i had arms showed them the average replacement cost.... I also added all my new parts and work etc that had been.done that year including that i had just filled up with gas and had driven. 12 mile.... I refused to except that i was only going to get a 10th of what the car was worth and going to have to put in a few thousand to replace it... Stating the fact that i had not signed off on medical and they were causing me to have health issues that i was going to have to see a Dr about they settled a few days later and paid me for the work, gas, and even sold the car back to me for $400...we added up the total of 5 cars i found closest to mine for sale and did the average... American Family insurance hates me... But the accident was not my fault... I refused to deal with them and asked if they needed to speak with an attorney for injuries also... Hope you settled with a better amount...
