Had a similar issue on 2001 & 2003 montana. Even replaced the gliders in the window and lubricated the crap out of it. Worked really well for awhile but then problem appeared. Before taking the door panel apart, I would suggest lubricating the rubber guides with silicon spray. Solved my problem. These rubber guides dry up and resist the glass movement causing it to twist and not raise properly. Not sure I have the name right but these guides are above the door panel and basically keep the wind/rain out when the window is raised all the way up. Good Luck.
