So it starts and runs but when you turn the key off it stays running? If so possibly faulty ignition switch or ignition relay.

A bad pcv valve will either stick open(causing bad/rough idle or not start condition). Or stick closed (causing to much pressure to build up in your crankcase-oil leaks)
