When? at idle or all the time? Either way check all your engine vacuum hoses for leaks, disconnections, or cracks. Good Luck!

Other ideas if this does not pan out is the throttle position sensor or if applicable ruptured EGR diaphragm. If you have a Mity-Vac hand pump you can test to see if EGR holds vacuum. See if there are any stored or pending codes. That's all I have on this one for now.
