Why would all my rear lights and dash lights dont work but all fuses are good on my 96 grand am

Could be the light switch or possibly even the dimmer switch. Or you may have a wire shorting out.

you have a broken wire to stop the lights. The fuse will only burn out is if that wire is shorting out with another wire.

I have a 2003 pontiac grand am and my dash lights and tail lights are not working but all fuses are intact?? I cant figure it out please help
