I have a 95 grand prix with a 3100 engine inside. I believe that it is over heating, but i was told it was not the case. I can drove a few miles and its already at 210, the fan does work.

Hello MS_1-- There are a few obvious things you should check right away on your 1992 Dodge Caravan. Check the fluid level of your coolant. Check the radiator cap for wear. Check the belts. Is the water pump functioning properly? See if your thermostat needs to be replaced. Also, if 210 is as high as your engine temperature goes, it doesn't seem you are in too much trouble, no matter how little time it takes to get there. Good luck from Bovan.

Well, if I had a Dodge it would have been. I replaced the therm., but it still goes over 210 I was tld I had a crack in the intake gasket. He said that it could leak out fluid into my engine. So I wonder if that is making the car overheat.
