I'm having problems with my car not going over 300 rpm and missing

I have replaced the fuel pump, fuel filter, plugs wires, plugs, ignition modal, coil packs, map sensor, idle air sensor, crank sensor, and gutted cat

sounds like an out-of-position camshaft....turn it around and check the timing marks (with timing cover off) of course...probably the chain has stretched and skipped a tooth~
