Well the thing is the car was backed into a garage and bent the original all the way back we got the new door and got hinges from a 1997 Chevy Camara which was in good condition from a junk yard we tried getting them from auto zone but they don't carry them

I would try new hinge pins and bushings, but you may have damaged the part of the hinge that is attached to the car. Autozone is not the only source. Year one, Amazon, ebay, etc

Well I no the original one has 3 prongs On the top and the new one we put on is only 2 so we will have to try changing it cause I never thought is was the hinge after we got the new one but it makes sense cause the fact we have to left up on the door to close it
