I have a 1992 Bonneville Pontiac

My car dies on right turns and if im going to slow,
(like through parking lots and intersections), it
stalls when its hot out, the e-brake keeps falling
down when i don't even touch it. It dies over speed
bumps too. The headlights also don't work and if i
hit a pothole they turn off. The hood gets stuck and
won't open when i need to check it, and sometimes
when im driving the hood f'ing pops up. Should i
just junkyard it?
