Horn, dome light, cig lighter are the same 20A fuse, labeled "ACC". There are 2 fuse panels. The ACC fuse you want to check is in the panel located under the dash near driver's side kick panel. (Other panel is near the battery)
Agree. I think it should be number 11 if not labeled ACC.
