Do a fuel pressure test. If in USA auto zone will loan you what you need to test it. Small deposit required.

First start with the fuel pump relay in the fuse box under the hood. If it's good then turn everything inside the car off. Turn the key to the run (not start/crank) and listen for the whine of the pump as it primes. If you don't hear it the pump is probably shot. You can access the pump through the trunk and don't have to drop the tank to change it.
