okay three years ago i bought my 1990 firebird yes first car but the onwer before had been making it in to a drag car all i ask is how do yo fix the hi beams to work

Work backwards. Start with the bulb (these are dual filament sealed beam bulbs and may just be bad). If the bulbs are good, then check to see if power is getting to them using a volt meter in the bulb socket. If you have good bulbs and you get power to the secondary contacts in the socket, next would be fuses and relays and then back to the wiring and column switch. Hopefully, just swapping a bulb will work for you.
