The add doesn't say much, but they told me it is a 4 cyl, manual and that the coolant light is on and mecanic says it's because of residue

Just the Automatic 6 speed. Mine has 90,000 miles and no problems yet. I guess it all depends on which ones have the defective wave plate. Who wants to buy a car with the coolant light on? The collant is like the blood of the vehicle and any problems should of been addressed prior to putting it for sale. It makes a person wonder if the vehicle ever overheated or anything else was neglected..

2005 Saturn Vue AWD automatic transmission.Definately having problems. It is a 2.2 4 Cylinder runs good till it shifts into overdrive when this happens a light comes on that shows shifting and then it doesn't want to go.You can pull off the side of the road shut it off and restart it take off drive down the road again until you get about 45 mph into overdrive and does the same thing You can pull off the road shut it off and does same thing .I was told that Saturn Vue were good for transmissions going out.Cant find a used one anywhere. Can get new one for about $3000.
